Sweet Potato and Bacon Biscuits

Perfect as a snack or for breakfast on the go 😊 these savoury biscuits are amazing

Protein 3.8g

Fat 4.9g

Carbs 9.9g


Makes 8 biscuits

  • 3x Sweet potatoes
  • 1x tsp baking powder
  • 2x tbsp almond or coconut flour
  • 6 rashers of bacon
  • 2x eggs
  • pepper to taste


  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cook through your sweet potatoes until soft.
  2. 2. In  the meantime dice up your bacon and fry until crispy
  3. 3. Take sweet potoatoes out of the oven and remove skin, put all ingredients in a bowl and mash together until you have a creamy mixture
  4. 4. Grease up a tray and spilt mixture in to eight biscuit sized portions
  5. 5. Put in the oven for 20-25 mins until golden brown.
