Mugcake

Ingredients

  • 2x tbsp Coconut Flour
  • ½ tsp. Coconut oil
  • 1 egg white
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¾ tsp. baking powder
  • 1tbsp dark chocolate cocoa powder
  • Half mashed banana 
  • 2 Sachets Stevia
  • Natural peanut or cashew butter
  • 1x tablespoon natural yoghurt (optional)

Let’s make this baby 

1.     Mix coconut flour, baking powder, egg white, cocoa powder, stevia, mashed banana and milk in a big old bowl with a bigger spoon 😉

2.     Heat up the coconut oil in the microwave in a mug for ten seconds, then grease the inside of the mug with the warm oil

3.     Pour chocolaty loveliness’ from bowl into greased up mug

4.     Put in microwave for 2 ½ to 3 mins and BAM!

5.     Allow to cool for one min, before tipping mug cake on to a plate

6.     Top with a teaspoon on natural peanut or cashew butter

7.     If you find it a little dry add a small dollop of natural yoghurt on the side.


Now tell me that’s not amazing…… and it’s not even a cheat xxxx
