One to one personal training in a studio in the area of your choice, or closed possible, training sessions will vary dependent on client’s goals, this will be decided in your consultation.
Each session is 60 minutes long.
A fun and cheaper way to train you and up to two friends together. Tailor made sessions aimed towards your groups goals.Please note if goals are not similar i.e lose weight and bulk up you may not be able to train as a group.
