It's strange to think this time 18 months ago. I was just normal.. Well I've never been normal, actually so far from normal. But the worlds celiac, lactose intolerant and gluten were far from my daily vocabulary. For sure my relationship with food and my self body image has been shaky since day dot, I've always had a massive issue with how my stomach looked. Pains and slight problems but the doctors put that down to my digestive system being 'lazy' after a 6 years of being bulimic. The reason why I have split my blog in two is because I want to write open and honestly about celiac disease. Like really honestly, I'm a 28 year old single female living in London who likes to train hard and party.. I'm refusing to give that up completely. No I haven't found god Or myself ... Or am I going to live like a saint. I'm just going to deal with this the best I can. And over the last 18 months I wish I could of read something similar, so if one person with any auto immune disease can read this... And take comfort that they are not actually going crazy ... My work here is done :) Below is a blondes guide to celiac disease, a repost from my fitness blog to get us started xxx
