How many times have you found yourself hungry during your working day?
How many times have you not taken any food with you to work and nipped to the shop for a 'snack', you grab for the quickest and easiest thing ie a bag of crisps, chocolate or a calorie ridden pastry?
We are all guilty of it, that's why I constantly tell my clients prior preparation for the day ahead is so important to steady eating and weight loss.
The trick is to work out how many meals and snacks you will be away for the following day and take enough food to cover for the day in Tupperware boxes.
Basically you need to become the Tupperware queen!!
For example in my Tupperware Tower today I have:
Breakfast 2 hard boiled eggs and spinach
Lunch: Chicken salad with Feta and Balsamic Vinegar
Snack: Plain Nuts
Andd finally dinner: Turkey Chilli Con Carne with sweet potato wedges.
I will have another snack when I get home, and most normal people working 9-5 will not even have to bring that much.
I hear all the time I don't have time to cook or I'm too tiered to cook when I get in. It's just another excuse, I get up for work at 4.30am and get back home about 10.30pm. So for your average working hour, working people you have plenty of time :)
Even cook on a Sunday and freeze.
Just don't let yourself be caught short :)
Much Love xxx
