Bombay Chicken Legs and Warm Watercress Salad

Trying to convert my mother over at the minute, she is trying desperately to get in shape for her wedding next year.

The only problem is my mum is queen of picking!

So whilst I was home last week I cooked her a lovely Clean inspired recipe Bombay Chicken Legs with a warm watercress and and pine nut dressing.

She actually said she enjoyed it more than she would a cheat meal it was so tasty!

For the recipe I used sign up for my online support PT package.

Available in the shop very soon :)

And remember get creative with your eating.
